    WHERE IS ATWOOD LANDING LOCATED?

    Atwood Landing is located at 6 Atwood Trail in Old Orchard Beach, Maine, just over the Scarborough line and approximately two miles from the ocean.

    As a newly established community, Atwood Trail may not yet be recognized by all GPS and mapping services. For the easiest directions, simply enter 289 Portland Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, Maine into your GPS. This will bring you directly to the Atwood Landing entrance and Sales Office.

    Once you arrive, you’ll see the Atwood Landing entrance and we will be happy to welcome you!
