Atwood Landing was thoughtfully designed with amenities that make your time here comfortable, easy and enjoyable. Spend a summer afternoon at the pool, unwind in the adults only spa, meet friends in the clubhouse or keep up with your routine in the fitness room.

The clubhouse also offers convenient on-site laundry while throughout the community, paved roads and driveways, high-speed Wi-Fi, trash service and a gated entrance help make seasonal living simple.

From May 1 through October 31, Atwood Landing is your place to settle in, make it your own and enjoy six months of seasonal living. Come for the weekend, stay for the week or spend as much of the season here as you choose.

Paved roads and driveways and a professionally maintained community mean many of the responsibilities that come with traditional second-home ownership simply aren't yours to manage.

Atwood Landing began with a simple idea — to create a beautiful place near the Maine coast where people could have a place of their own, slow down and truly enjoy the season.
