Atwood Landing's standard homesites are approximately 50' × 60' (3,000 square feet). Many perimeter homesites are significantly larger due to engineering design and required setbacks, providing additional outdoor living space and privacy.

No. Atwood Landing is a seasonal park model resort community designed for owners, not transient camping. Our focus is providing a beautiful, well-maintained vacation home community.

No. Atwood Landing is a seasonal community and is not approved for year-round residency.

No. You own your park model home and lease your spacious seasonal homesite with an 

annual site fee.

Yes. We welcome approved new park model homes that meet our community standards. We also offer move-in-ready homes and turnkey packages.

Yes. During our Founding Member sales phase, buyers may choose from available sites on a first-come, first-served basis.

Absolutely. Every homesite includes a required three-season room, along with approved landscaping, decks, patios and other improvements that complement our community standards.

Yes! Pets are welcome. We simply ask owners to follow our community pet guidelines so everyone can enjoy a clean, safe and friendly environment.

Absolutely. Owners are welcome to host family and friends while following community guest registration and parking policies.

No. Atwood Landing is an owner-occupied community. Short-term rentals, Airbnb and VRBO rentals are not permitted.
