Fee Schedule

A one-time, nonrefundable $2,000 deposit is required to reserve your selected homesite at Atwood Landing.

This deposit secures your initial homesite selection and is separate from your annual seasonal membership fees.

A $1,000 annual renewal deposit is due October 1 for members returning for the following season.

This deposit is applied toward the upcoming season's membership fee.

Seasonal Members who pay their seasonal fees by check, cash or wire transfer may qualify for discounted pricing.

With only 100 exclusive homesites, Atwood Landing offers spacious seasonal living along Maine's beautiful southern coast.

Our standard homesites are a minimum of 50' × 60', with many premium perimeter and select interior homesites offering additional space and privacy.
