The $1,000 annual renewal deposit reserves your homesite for the following season and is applied in full toward your next season's site fee. Discounted pricing is available when paying by check, cash, or wire transfer, and your seasonal rate is locked in through the 2029 season. If you choose not to return after submitting your renewal deposit, the deposit will be applied as your winter storage fee, 

allowing your park model to remain on your homesite until spring.

Founding Members have the first opportunity to select the community's most desirable homesites. In addition to our oversized 50' × 60' standard sites, many premium perimeter homesites and select interior homesites are substantially larger, 

providing exceptional outdoor living space and added privacy.
